1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kaboom.my, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not continue to use our services.

2. Services Provided

Kaboom.my provides marketing services including but not limited to website development, content creation, social media management, and business consulting. All services are subject to our internal quality assurance protocols.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete information and maintain active communication. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and are not the responsibility of Kaboom.my.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance or according to the milestone schedule agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges or service delays.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the client fully adheres to all our instructions, guidelines, and recommendations. Any deviation from the agreed strategy, delay in communication, or failure to implement advised changes voids eligibility for refunds. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and reviewed internally.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Kaboom.my, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, remains the property of Kaboom.my until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives full rights to the deliverables.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kaboom.my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the engagement.

9. Termination

Kaboom.my reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
